How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

How is everybody?

I apologize for the inactivity! I haven't been lazy, though! I have been working very hard on three very large digital pieces, more postcards, and a number of commissions. I hope to post some of them in the course of this month. This is my last week as a free human being

From next week onwards I'll be working 40 hours a week in a translation agency

It's not a real job though, just an internship, but it's a lot better than nothing. I have no idea how this will affect my drawing or my activity here on dA. Perhaps I'll be too tired, or perhaps when I don't have time to draw I'll be extra inspired (that tends to happen to me a lot). Either way, it will be interesting. I'm no longer a student with oceans of time, sooner or later I'll have to rearrange my life to fit in a job.

But there's still time for fun things! The 17th of December is our (Brian + me) fifth anniversary! I can't believe it's already been five years. We'll go to Brussels for the weekend and drink good Belgian beer and eat waffles and chocolate, visit the Christmas fair and the museum of musical instruments! So looking forward to it

I'm also kind of excited about Christmas. I'm usually not a big fan of this holiday... I'm not religious and I don't like the commercial aspect of it. Buuut, since I've been living with Brian I don't see my relatives as often as I used to, and I'm really looking forward to the big family dinner we'll have. And I really hope we'll have some snow! I don't need a white Christmas, but I would like to see some of that white stuff this winter. There's a good chance we'll just have rain all winter... I believe even Scandinavia has been snow-free until now... cursed global warming ;__;

Oh yes, a big thank you to all the people who gave me advice on the cello issue. I've decided to take a three month break and see how I feel about it all in February, when my internship ends.
Well, that's all I wanted to say... I hope I can show you my new paintings soon!
